What we are referring to as a recycled pallet is an existing pallet core (broken pallet) that needs to be repaired.  We regularly purchase truckloads of pallet cores from manufacturers and distribution centers.  Some of these pallets are repaired for resale and some are dismantled to recover their components.  These components are then used to repair cores and to build Combo Pallets.

Recycled Pallets come in a variety of sizes, with the most common size being a 48"x40".  Recycled 48"x40" pallets generally come in two grades, A (or #1) and B (or #2).  However, these are just generic grades, and often it is best to discuss specific expectations with each customer.
